The Sify Workplace

The Sify workplace is spread over all major Indian cities. At present, we have offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai. Using the latest video and teleconferencing facilities, Sify eLearning has successfully welded the offices into a single seamlessly integrated office.

Dedicated clubs have been formed to strike the fun quotient and energize the work environment. Associates are encouraged to participate in various inter-corporate cultural and sports competitions. The in-house rowing team has won the M&B Regatta Championships six times in a row. Our cricket and football teams compete in corporate competitions like the Aircel Intercorporate Cricket Tournament and the CFA-Power Horse Cup, respectively.

Employee Training

Close to 45 percent of our employees hold post graduate and doctorate degrees. In our constant endeavor to enhance the capability of our employees, Sify provides a raft of internal training courses as part of its comprehensive STEP training program.
