Balachander Dharmalingam (Bala) has over 10 years of experience in Web portal designing and programming. He started as a Web Designer and moved into programming and today heads the programming function. Prior to Sify eLearning, he worked with a company involved in developing Web portals. He played a pivotal role in creating the company's Web site and Web portal application.
He is currently focused on managing, developing automation tools, and creating an eLearning template that adheres to ADL standards. He has specialized in troubleshooting LMS content and in building a test case for testing SCORM and AICC-wrapped content in various LMS products.
