With 10 years of experience in IT testing, he has worked with reputed organizations such as WIPRO, POLARIS, and HCL as a Consultant and has been associated with major projects for clients like Citibank PBG (US), Matrix One (USA), KANA (USA), Johnson & Johnson (USA), RSS (Korea), HBOS (UK), and eSure (UK). Gopal holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Madras University, India.
Gopal's areas of interest are test management, UAT, and delivery. He has extensive experience in customer relations, eLearning, and software testing, especially related to project/people management. |
