Team Sify Indresh is based in the Silicon Valley region in California and manages the business development and customer relationship management functions in the South West of United States. Prior to moving to the US, Indresh was the head of the service delivery function of Sify eLearning in India. Indresh has over 20 years of experience that spans the world of business, eLearning, training, project management, and relationship management across a wide range of domains such as automotives, aviation, education, and commercial finance. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute of US, Indresh is also a trained Six Sigma Black Belt resource. Before joining Sify, Indresh worked with the General Electric Company and Genpact in India and the United States. Indresh's areas of interest include change management, collaboration, learning paradigms, trends, and solutions in the new age.
