He is an expert in SDLC, standards, and practices for quality and experience with CMM level 5 processes. He is also a team player with excellent communication and people skills. He is capable of effectively translating business requirements into technological solutions. He is really excited by technological advances, and likes to try out and integrate new tools or gadgets into solutions.

"I have always found that there is a misconception that technology needs to drive business but in reality, it is the other way around. If there is no business solution, then a technological solution cannot be conceived. Most of traditional and now the newer eLearning solutions have always been "pull" based where learners go to learn mediums such as classrooms (traditional) and websites (eLearning). With the fast pace of life, we now need to move towards a "push" based learning where information is made available to learners as and when it is created or existing learning modified. As corny as it sounds-this is a tug of war between pull and push."
