She brings over 19 years of experience in various IT areas namely computer education, technical writing, and quality management programs (ISO 9001: 2000, SEI CMM, CMMI, and Six Sigma).
She has spent 14 years in NIIT and played various significant roles. She has been with Sify since 2003. She has established the basic framework of process in eLearning by defining all key and supporting processes, and the metrices for measuring process performances. She also designed over 33 process software applications that track business data.
Manisha's core competencies are business process modeling, strategizing data mining, performing data analysis, making data-based decisions, defining and evaluating process metrices, and ensuring continuous improvement with inputs from management reviews, business units, internal audits and employee suggestions, and process training and consultation. She conducts internal audits and facilitates senior management reviews and strategic planning workshops. She leads the brainstorming sessions on root cause analyses and all process improvement discussions.
Being a certified CSQA, who holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma, her mission is to empower the organization with the best business process model. She enjoys every moment of her work - be it defining a new process aligned to the Balanced Score Card system or facilitating a brainstorming session. "I love my work.
