| Saratchand Tadepalli (Sarat) has over 8 years of experience Presales, Sales, and Marketing functions in IT product and service organizations. He started as a Presales Specialist and today is responsible for Sales and Business Development for Sify eLearning services in Europe. Sarat is currently based out of Sify's office in London. Prior to working with Sify eLearning, he worked for a leading IT product company and an IT services company as Product Manager and Solution Specialist. His experience includes market segmentation and positioning, capturing business requirements, and proposing customized solutions for several Fortune 500 customers in the American, European, and APAC markets. His key areas of interest include establishing new business relationships, account management, and customer retention. He is also a Saba-certified Business Analyst. |
