Thejaswini Unni Functional Head - Learning Design

Team Sify Thejaswini has over 9 years of experience in handling information and instructional solutions for services and product organizations. At SIFY, she heads the Learning Design function that focuses on management and development of the Learning Design and Language group for Sify. Before this stint, she has worked for a start-up organization, GE Capital, Oracle, and Intel in various roles and challenging projects. This experience includes project management, analysis, and design for several modes of learning, online help design, product documentation, usability consulting, and performance consulting for several Fortune 500 customers in the American, European, and APAC markets. Thejaswini has a Masters degree in Information Technology. Her interests in the Learning space are new learning paradigms, organization development, new media, collaborative partnerships, and business returns on information and training investments.
