Swiss Pharma Giant Renews Contract with Sify
January 2009: A global Swiss pharmaceutical giant has signed on the dotted line, re-contracting the production support of their Saba application confirming their acceptance of Sify eLearning as its LMS partner. The new model that this Swiss pharmaceutical giant has adopted for 2009 allows Sify eLearning to manage resource time effectively, yet not bring down the standard of service that it used for the past two years. Not only has it re-contracted Sify eLearning for its LMS support, it has also put Sify eLearning on the roadmap to becoming a Preferred Vendor for IT / LMS and related services. After this process is completed, Sify will have the insight into various requirements that come out of this engagement and Sify will be able to bid for these requirements.
 One of the service managers, with whom Sify eLearning interacts with regularly, stated "Among the various IT vendors with whom we work with, Sify comes on top in terms of responsiveness, reliability, solution capabilities, and above, all ownership of activities within our company." More on News
